Mixed Media Mandala Workshop

This workshop will introduce participants to mandalas, what they are, how they've been used in different cultures and traditions and spirituality. It will introduce how they've been used in the field of art therapy and finally each participant will create their own original piece using mixed media. Caroline Marcos will teach how to create, textures, and layering using acrylic paint, and collage, on bristol paper! She will be happy to share the process of my own work and various techniques and materials that students would like demonstrated.
