About the Event

Please bring your yoga mat or blanket or whatever you need to be comfortable during this relaxing and healing experience. We suggest arriving a few minutes early to get situated.  We will begin with a brief guided meditation, then the sound bath. There will be time for visiting and tea/refreshments afterwards.
