Service Description

If you have an aversion to the gym, raise your hand. Why is 1:1 training better? We get to start where you are at now physically, without any pressure or stigma or social discomfort that some people feel at a busy gym. We don't need a lot of fancy equipment to improve your flexibility, strength, stamina, balance etc. If you have a home gym or access to a community gym room at your home, that's great. We can utilize it to your ability level if that is what you desire. Otherwise, I will bring a few basic training items such as a yoga mat, bands, small hand and ankle weights and so on. We can also plan a trip to purchase things for your use at home if you aren't sure what to buy and want to practice on your own between sessions. My focus and passion are working with women 40+, but I am willing to work with anyone who desires to improve their physical condition.

We do not offer refunds. Cancellations done within 24 hours are considered 'no shows' and will also not be rescheduled unless due to a true emergency.
