This 6 month focused program is tailor customized to your specific needs and goals. Level up to feeling your best and living a vibrant joyful life! Maybe you're feeling motivated to improve your overall well-being but aren't sure of your next steps. Maybe you've tried some things such as nutrition, herbal supplements and exercise and had some improvement in your energy levels, but not to the degree you hoped for. Or maybe you've not tried holistic wellness, and are looking for a new way to pursue feeling your best while living with an autoimmune disease. Maybe you wonder if the key to what holds you back is really related to past traumas being stuck in your body. If you've been wanting to unlock your potential holistically, and are ready to invest in yourself this program can support you in reaching your goals of well-being. In addition to holistic coaching, some of the healing modalities I offer include: nutrition counseling, herbalism, reiki, aromatherapy, sound healing, guided meditation, therapeutic art, and life coaching. The foundations of this program are the Pillars of Holistic Wellness as they relate to you personally: *Big Picture- life, mindset, body *Connections- everything is connected *Energetics- vibrations and energy *Input- everything you take in *Output- everything you put out *Environment- internal and external In addition to the private coaching, you will have access to various healing modalities as needed or applicable, as well as any group sessions that are happening during your six months. Each month you will receive 3 private 1-hr sessions, 2 support calls, and have daily access to assistance through direct messaging. Booking this first appointment buys you into the 6 month program, and we will book the remaining appointments for you when you come in. This program is available for both in person and remote clients.

We do not offer refunds. Cancellations done within 24 hours are considered 'no shows' and will also not be rescheduled unless due to a true emergency.
